Does Terri live in San Jose, Ca

Does Terri live in San Jose, Ca?  I am reading her novel, "Wild Goose Cahse", and she mentions places near where I grew up, on Martin avenue just off The Alameda, and where I live now, The Villages.  Does she have kids?  I went to Hoover and Lincoln.  My wife quilts, too.
