Tennis couple/foursome?

I've been playing tennis for a while now and I was wondering if playing tennis against one partner will improve my leg speed more then playing tennis in couples?

Love, respect & compassion is all it takes to create heaven on Earth.

Singles are better than doubles, best is to start doing interval training.

Foursome is more about team work and coordination. Though the field is bigger there is less moving involved. If you want to improve your speed have someone drop you a tennis ball while you are siting on the floor a couple of yards away and try catching it before the second bounce. Good luck.
