I would say that depends on why you don't like him.

if it is something that can harm her you should just say so, without worrying about upsetting her or not. if it is just your opinion about his looks or what he does, or he reminds you of your father, then you should just keep it to yourself.

Rather than telling I invite you to ask her. What she likes about him, what she doesnt like. you might be suprised to hear some of the answers.

good luck

It's not the mountain we conquer... but ourselves

I think that this totally depends on what your reasons are for not liking him.  If you trust your daughter and the decisions that she makes, then maybe it would be a better idea to just be nice to the guy and let the relationship take its course.  If you have good reasons for not liking him, I guess it depends how serious they are.  Maybe it would still be better to let nature take it's course.  On the other hand, if your daughter trusts you and your judgment, and if you have a good relationship with her, maybe you could voice your concerns with her.  However, you would have to do this in a  VERY careful and diplomatic way... otherwise I can image that she would be very upset with you and confused.  In the end though, it is her choice who she dates and it's always nice to have a parent's support, as long as no harm is being done to the child.
