Music is forever.

I'm not sure which episode of the 4th season you're referring to so I've linked up here the entire season. If you can remember the plot of the episode that the doctor appeared, you can check who the doctor was by finding the link according to the episode.

The episode you are referring to was not part of the 4th season. It's actually in the 5th season and it's called "Hate is Safer than Love." The doctor, Dr. Copeland, was played by the actor

Chris Beetem.
