Many teenagers want to have a fair body, I'm also a teenager and I'm maintaining my body by eating exact food, I'm eating dinner early to avoid having a big tummy, and doing a daily exercise..  healthy dieting is nice because it's safe and effective. Try to limit your food, and eat early during dinner. If you want to have a flat tummy stand within 3minutes after eating meal.
