I'm a teenager and I'm trying to loose some weight. Im at an okay weight right now for my height but i want to loose 10 lbs before July 4th. If you guys could give me some tips on healthy ways to loosing weights that help alot. thanks
The only good way to loose extra pounds is to eat less and exercise more. Remember everything in moderation.
