Did this teenager really make his grandma play a part in the rap video? Did the grandma report being abused? I don't really get why the video was a crime, isn't this freedom of speech?
This wasn't freedom of speech. The woman is senile and was forced to do this video by her grandson. If the kid had some adult with all their wits about them do the video...fine. But apparently he couldn't find one, so...go to granny who isn't all there.
THe grandma was 85 and senile! SHe did not even remember the video. I think the charges against the grandson were appropriate in this case. Abuse has many forms, and getting her to do something so inappropriate is deemed as "abuse". Did you see the video?
