I think that there is a problem with parenting.  Parents want to seem open-minded and cool to their children and don't want to disturb them too much from doing what they want.  This leaves for a lot of leeway, and for a lot of room for mistakes.  I think there isn't enough sex education in schools, and parents are too embarrassed to bring the subject up to their children.  I think that kids should have better influences in their lives and they should have other ways to have fun.  I never even thought about guys until 7th grade and even then it was thinking about only kissing.  I think that if kids are involved in enough and have the right influences, they will be smarter about sex.
