What do I think of when the name, Ted Kennedy arises?
1. Chappaquiddick.
2. Draconian anti-gun-owner laws that disarmed people at risk and armed criminals, counter to his proposals.
3. Drunkenness, disloyalty to his wife on five occasions, one scandal after another, and connection to the Irish Mafia, that gave Joseph Kennedy most of his strong arms.
I could go on and on. Censure after censure (one from his own brother, Attorney General Robert Kennedy) and lots worse.
I think about his older brother, John F. Kennedy, who blew it as the commander of PT-109, lost his boat, most of his men, and should have come up for General Court Martial but for the political influence of his gangster father. Not content with that, JFK antagonized the Soviets and put us to within a breath of nuclear war with those Russian criminals. The Politburo ended Khruschev's term way early, and the CIA made short work of Kennedy -- because they were both just plain dangerous, prickly, and short tempered.
If you can see something good about the Kennedys, then what might it be? They certainly are not loyal Americans. We proved that with Ted, repeatedly.
