How do I find a Technology Director

How do I find a Technology Director willing to work in EMEA who has: - Over 8 years experience of Service Provider communications networks - Experience with a range of technologies, including Ethernet, ATM, SDH, Frame Relay, IP, MPLS etc - Familiar with mobile networks - Experience with issues associated with migrating carrier networks to ‘All-Packet’ infrastructures - Excellent presenter - Able to act as consultant for high level systems design issues AND has the ability to speak Hebrew?

You might want to take a look at MainQuest, a Recruitment company, head-quartered in Amsterdam, this is the sort of assignments that they excel in.
I know for a fact that have strong ties with the Israeli industry, so they should be able to help with the "speak Hebrew" issue as well.

Seriously, though -- it's sounds like you'll need the services of an outside company to recruit someone for this position. Did you try it yet?
