Futuristic windshields? I would like to know when ...

Futuristic windshields? I would like to know when there will be a ban on those "new" high intensity blue headlights that cause a blindness day or night when approaching you. Banning them today would improve safety as well as driver comfort without having to spend a dime on research. They are just a bad idea.
