Please Teach Your Fans The Right Way To Do Home Improvements, Please....?

That plumbing clip about the leaky faucet is flawed, and may become time consuming and costly for the home owner. You failed to mention about the seat inside the shower control, which when is rotted will eat away at the cartridge everytime. Which will cost the home owner in time and material , and who then will eventually call a plumber, dont try to mickey mouse work in your own house, call a professional or you may regret it
