Tax id info for non profit

what if you have gotten a new tax id number for a new non- profit organization.... and have not gotten any money at all since you have gotten the tax id number... do you have to file any paper work at all monthly or yearly etc. ......what is the total amount of money you recieve that you have to make to file some type of paper work
