so i got a tattoo on my foot about three weeks ago and the scab part is just peeling off, and now i have an outline of skin around every letter. it looks like the skin started to grow up around the tattoo because it was raised for so long, im just wondering if this is normal because i have four others and this never happened. I was wondering if its normal for other places like ur foot since the skin is tougher.
