Well DB Lady is 100% correct... Unfortunately you have put yourself in quite a situation... I dont know what state you live in but there is a law called two party consent... basically no one can video or record phone conversations with out your consent... the other law that could have been broke by the text is harassment... even if he lied ppl cant threaten or intimidate... if you fear him or his possible actions... harassment would apply... however due to the sensitive nature of your problem... you should consult an attorney... and chalk this up as a learning experience to always be aware of the ppl you are involved with and your surroundings... good luck:)

That my friend is up to you...but just to be clear... there only has to be one text... not a string of many... and the fact he only said "hit rewind" he could say... I just meant my memory or something like that... bc you have not actually seen any video is another prob... depending on how you feel... my question as an outsider is... has this individual done this to other ppl before you... I would def chalk this up to learning... but myself personally I may go and file a police report even if there was no charges pressed... more so it was legally documented "in case" anything did come of it... or if it happened or happens to someone else there would be a trail... often women do not come forward bc they are afraid or embarassed but maybe if more women did come forward in situations like yours ppl who need to be watched could be before outrageous crimes are committed... Sit awhile in your own skin and tap in to how your feeling... are you scared? do you feel betrayed... violated? Are you mad? What will empower you to feel better? How do you feel about just letting the whole thing go? You know this person... what does your intuition tell you about him? Did he lie? Could he have truly taped you? Think... Think.... Think... than go with your gut!
