Talking to myself

thinking out loud to yourself.  I find myself talking out loud to myself for most of the day, or singing or inmitating a commercial from tv or a scene from a movie.  Whats up with that?  Is it a impulse control thing?  I do believe I'm not crazy, but there has to be some reason for this behavior.
