Talk Talk sucks

UK - does anyone know how to get through to Talk Talk. My phones have been down for over a week. Should have stayed with BT. 0870 and 0800 go on ringing forever - nothing is cheap as I have to use a mobile.


Advice of those thinking to move to cheap calls - think about the service.

 contacted here

or you can call us on 0871 226 7146
Calls cost just 10p a minute (charges may be greater from mobile phones or other telecom operators).

this my home phone. Just spent 60 mins trying to connect only to hear the music. At 10p + VAT a call, that is lot of money. As I was using the mobile, perhaps this was much higher. At the end, I gave up. I suppose there is no other way than to try it again.

I just sent am E-mail to the company , VIA a special link to report problems and gave them the link in Yedda.

I hope that now someone will help you.
