UK - does anyone know how to get through to Talk Talk. My phones have been down for over a week. Should have stayed with BT. 0870 and 0800 go on ringing forever - nothing is cheap as I have to use a mobile.
Advice of those thinking to move to cheap calls - think about the service.

this my home phone. Just spent 60 mins trying to connect only to hear the music. At 10p + VAT a call, that is lot of money. As I was using the mobile, perhaps this was much higher. At the end, I gave up. I suppose there is no other way than to try it again.
I just sent am E-mail to the company , VIA a special link to report problems and gave them the link in Yedda.

I have just wasted a month with these guys trying to get a simple task done (move a phone socket). On phone support, I get a different answer each time; and on the online Forum, I get weeks of run-around.
Our remodelling project is now stopped because we can't get this resolved. The house is in an uproar and I think we're going to have to move everything back because TalkTalk can't manage to schedule a 1 hour service call.
My wife just stomped out of the house in tears...
I am so angry with TalkTalk...
