Taking care of my heart

I eat a lot (I am a bit chubby) I do not have any cholesterol problems, but some man in my family had heart problems. Is there some thing else I should look for when I take blood tests or should I ask my doctor for some special heart attack?

i wouldn't ask for a heart attack ;-)

Often when you're young you results seem fine, and the problems are really latent, and don't show up till you're older. So basically even of you're fine in terms of cholesterol, you probably should consider exercising on a regular basis, making your heart stronger and healthier.

Probably you should also test for blood-fat, but really the best thing (as far as I know) is exercise.
