SealedSealed
A:

Someone on Yahoo said it is NOT legal to develop Code with Free ware for Commercial Purpose then to  Donate Code which that was done in the effort when  (most was taken from an old freeware program calledRotator) with the  knoledge that the person receiving the code will also be developing commercial software Would be an illegal act.

I would think after reading the Regulations at Purdue University that the Webmaster and Professor would be Obligated to report these kind of Postings to proper authorities.

Someone correct me if Im wrong.

Kit also answered the same Nope, part of the open source licensing says that you can't take it and sale it. But if the code is just a small section of the product I think it's less of a problem.
