Have just returned from a trip to Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic city. We spent about the same we normally do, and only recieved about a 1/3 of our normal cash back rewards. Does anyone know why the sudden decrease in cash back rewards from Taj Mahal?

The terms should (and probably are) be published prominently. Maybe you just didn't notice.
