Tailgaiting drink recipes

I have a couple of friends who turned 21 and a bunch of us want to celebrate by tailgating with some "real" drinks.

Any ideas for cool drinks would be welcome.

Thanks!

Here are two great rum recipes.

Just remember not to drink and drive, so you'd better have a set driver who can't drink (you can make him a drink after he gets everyone home safely)

Burgundy Bishop

  • 1 oz light rum
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1 tsp powered sugar
  • Red Wine

Shake rum, lemon juice and the sugar with ice, and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill the glass with red wine, and stir. Decorate with fruits and serve.

Red Beard

  • 1 part Spiced Rum
  • 1 part Coconut Rum
  • ½ part Grenadine
  • ½ part 7-Up

Mix on ice and serve

Bloody "Mary"land.

Use Old Bay seasoning instead of salt around the rim of the glass.  A dash of Old Bay in the drink if you like.  Also can use Absolue Peppar (pepper Vodka) for a bigger kick of spice!
