A few things:
1. You'll be given a fork and a spoon. Use the fork only to scoop food into the spoon, and don't put the fork into your mouth, it is not cosidered polite there.
2. Usually the food will be served to everyone together, to the center of the table. Don't use your own spoon to take food from the cetral plate to your plate, and take only a few spoonfulls every time.
3. When using a toothpick, cover your mouth with your hand.
4. Feel free to tip.
