Table Setting

Your table setting is incorrect. The SOUP SPOON goes to the right of the knife (you set the flatware in the order it is used).

The cake fork (if using) goes at the top of the plate with the coffee/tea spoon under it. Or just the coffee/ tea spoon. OR a dessert spoon and fork.

You even tell your viewers to set as used! The best rule is to set and so flatware is used from the ouside in!.
