My RCA tv is stuck on Channel 3! It is cable-ready and was previously connected to cable. I used the cable remote control then. I no longer have cable, and I can't find the original RCA remote control. What should I do?
my suggestion is to buy a universal remote, which comes with instructions to program your remote to your tv, and you should be able to fix your problem
That is the first thing I tried. I programed the universal remote for the other tv that I have to make sure it worked properly; then I tried to program the problem TV. I could program the universal remote to do all of the functions on this tv, except it would not move the channel from 3. But thanks for the suggestion.
Have you tried to direct enter a channel with the numbers? If that works go into the menu and look for add or remove channels or channel set up or something like that and add the channels you want
