What kinds of TV program or helpful free websites are available for students to practice Chinese outside of class?
"Chinese Language Teaching" on CCTV9 (Tuesday, 9:15 AM Beijing time) is an excellent auxiliary tool for Chinese language learners. As for websites, I would recommend www.echineselearning.com, where the teachers give lectures with standard Chinese and English pronunciation. It is well-suited for overseas Chinese learners.
