TV Program Positive Black hosted by Gil Noble during the 1960's and 70's

How can I,receive a (DVD/CD catalog) that based on the Positive Black TV Program show; in which Gil Noble hosted the TV Program Show Positive Black during the 1960's and 1970's. The Gil Noble interview with Harlem dope fiends/junkies was based on the heroin epidemic of the 1960's/70's. The shooting galleries of heroin addicts was apart of the heroin epidemic that destroyed the population of Harlem Black Communities and Neighborhoods throughout New York City.
