What is the cost of launching a new Cable TV Channel and what business service providers (and their approximate costs) must be contracted and included?

Normally, it will cost anywhere from $40 to $80 million for a major launch. You can do it with $10 to $20 million but you'll be really limited on your household penetration plus you better have great relationships with content producers to get the deals you'll need to pull it off.
