Will a TPMS tire sensor installed in a spare tire function when spare tire is installed in place of a flat
If I install a TPMS tire sensor in my spare tire I keep in the trunk and I have to use it as a replacement for a flat that may occur in one of the tires that came with the car,will the TPMS center recognize the sensor in my spaare tire that I just installed on the car to replace a flat. I have a 2009 Sonata Limited and have been told that the center can only recognize the four sensors that are in the tires that came with the car.Thank yoiu
