Yea, I agree with you that it's pretty rediculous.  Maybe when she signed up to do the ad, she didn't know exactly what it would be like, but she could have protested while doing it, or said that she was uncomfortable with it.  It sounds to me like she is trying to get herself some extra money, and to make it seem like she was unaware of what was going on... pretending to be upset.  It seems like now that people think she's sort of skanky for doing this commercial, that she wants to bring back some dignity.  However, I'm not sure that suing is really going to do that for her.

Let's be honest. Big companies often don't play nicely. They're out to make money, not protect your image, so -- especially if you're a model, actor, or anyone else in the public eye -- it shouldn't be all that surprising when they misrepresent you in order to earn a little extra cash.
