Sync Hardwear to Pro Tools LE7

I'm new to the world of production in software.. I just bought a M-Box 2, MPC 2000xl, Alesis 8 usb Mixer.. Can anyone tell me how to sync  into Pro Tools LE7, or tell me of any good links that can get me started.
