A:

I am not the least concerned about Swine Flu because I know how to get infected, therefore; I know how NOT to get infected.

A flu virus, like any other virus, must get into your body, invade your red blood cells and then force your red blood cells to replicate itself.

If your red blood cells are properly oxygenated, this virus can not invade your body. Because even if it does manage to get in, when your red blood cells have enough oxygen, it will oxygenize the virus.

It is important to remember that ALL viruses, fungus, bacteria, etc that can invade the human body are anaerobic (oxygen intolerant) whereas healthy red blood cells are anarobic (oxygen-loving).

So, yes, do this one simple thing and you too can protect yourself from Swine Flu or any other type of flu.
