Another great reason to completely lock down the border between Mexico and the USA.  We definitely need a military zone along that border to keep out disease drugs and the millions of welfare recipients that are responsible for hopitals closing their doors.

I am concerned, living in Calif. The  "undocumented aleins"  are in abundance here. Not only are they bring swine flu , but other dieseases that have long been eradicated in this country..    I,m glad to see we are reacting immediately and not waiting for this flu to spread .. I,m sure if Bush was still in the White House it would be the  "Ho Hum" attitude..

The big question is how does one get it-I have yet to read how these people are contracting the flu?  If this is answered then we all can help in preventionhopefully.

Very, I'm immunocompromised - from meds I take for pulmonary fibrosis and myelodysplastic syndrome, nevermind I'm diabetic, and have CHF/PH

If the borders were more secure as we were promised years ago I'd feel a lot safer. If the people on the Southern side panic from the outbreak, what's to stop them from illegally coming across the border en-mass to escape the outbreak? We have no security to stop them.
