I think you are ignorant to call this person ignorant. Don't you know how to read, she did not say she feared the people but the shops that import their items from Mexico to sell at the shops.  You should maybe read more carefully.

Yes, I am concerned. I work in a hospital, none of the employees put on a mask because they will be made fun of from the other employees. This is

bad because I come in contact with about 30 patients a day. The patients cough alot it is nasty....

For those who are interested in a scientific, rational opinion, I live in California and am concerned about this virus. It contains DNA from humans, swine, and birds and although people of all ages can become sick, the virus seems to more severely attack people between the ages of 20-40. All the past Viral Flu Pandemics had the same profile, a virus that was difficult to treat, attacked young adults more severely, and spread from person to person. For example, the Bird Flu spreads from bird to humans, but not humans to humans.

Being concerned does not mean doesn't mean I'll panic, just that I'll take precautions and be more alert about flu symptoms.

I am very concerned about this outbreak. I have a compromised immune system and take anitrejection medication. Will I be at a higher risk of catching this and will I be able to fight it off if I do?

concerned? try terror, seems more like a man made flu tactical weapon then a natural born flu virus. pirates, computer attacks, falling markets, weak president making dumb mistakes, n.korea missle`s, russian bomber`s probing alaska, f-22 stealth system invaded by computer attacks....... what`s next?? it makes me miss the good old ussr and MAD being the best defence against war.
