If I chose not to use the cinnamon and just use the plain wrap and yet I wanted to flavor it or sweeten it, Would be okay to put sugar in the oil when I brown them, and some salt also. They have to be salted to be good, I think. Also is fruit flavored cream cheese on the market. I think I have seen it but never had the occasion to use it.
Another thing, can you use a large skillet to deep fry, I do not own a deep fat fryer.
