Sweat stings my eyes while running

Weather here had changed, and humidity percentage dropped. Occasionally while running, sweat gets into my eyes and stings like hell. It causes me for blur eyesight as well. This does not happen in summer when humidity is higher. What can I do about it?

I'm guessing most of the sweat originates from your forehead. Running with a headband should help, soaking it up before it hits your eyes.

You may also use a good pair of athletic sunglasses.

I would wear a sweat band on your head and this will definitely help...
