I live in Wheeling, WV. My license are suspended right now because I did not pay several driving citations. I need to be able to drive back and forth to work or I will lose my job and really not be able to pay those fines. I was thinking about moving to Ohio because I know they offer a "work permit" to drive back and forth to work; However, I do not know if you have to be a resident for a certin amount of time to be able to get that kind of permit.
