A:You make a good point. But what if a system without quotas (or affirmative action or whatever it's called) leads to a Supreme Court with six or more white men every time? Maybe it's time for a change? Wouldn't, say, Sonia Sotomayor bring a different -- and maybe necessary -- perspective to the court than a similarly qualified white male judge?
