Support to mobility scooter users .

As a warden of sheltered accommodation for the elderly I am regularly asked for supliers of mobility scooter all-weather, secure housing as the accommodation is inadequate for such use.I am trying to persuade the landlord to help with providing a means of provision for suitable outdoor shelters where scooter batteries can be charged and kept safely. They, however,are unaware of the concept of scooter housing. Wher can Ifind examples of apropriate housing for mobility scooters? Please can you advise?Thank you.
