Never Quit! Never Give Up!

A:

start with the oldest and what they want to accomplish in the short term and then move on to the long term. use this base for a later, more drawn out conversation about the ways to achieve their goals. next move on down until you get to the youngest of the children and be sure to give the same attention and respect to them as you did to the eldest.  starting with the older kids will show the younger ones the proper mindset to have in later life. (hopefully, anyway)
