Super large knit socks. Please help me find something to fit.

Super large knit socks

I wear a size 16 x 4e shoe and i would like to find a warm heavy duty knit sock that will have a very large calf diameter due to my poor circulation. The only sock that i have found which will fit is the xl care soc. Calf diameter must be at least 28". Please help. I would be interested in having someone knit a pair of socks for me.
