First off...STOP SUNBURNING YOUR HEAD!!!! I am a 5yr experianced hair stylist who lost her dad to MELANOMA when i was 19.  his primary spot was ON HIS HEAD!  anyway..... first go to a dematologist. if your head is sore and the burn is healed you may have a problem... second, about the thinning hair, try the hair growth system, Nioxen. you'll find it in salons. it is a 3 or 4 part system to help clease your scalp of cell build up blocking the pores, encourage hair growth and thinken hair.    good luck
