I didn't find the article that you are asking about, however I did find this article in Time that had to do with Dr. John Knowles dated July 4, 1969.
The article that I am seeking was also in 1969 either August or September appeared in VARIETY MAGAZINE.
Dr. John Knowles and I appeared in a TV program on Healthcare August or September 1969. I believe that it was channel 5. I was 40 years younger just beginning to practice medicine in NY South Bronx. Already showing signs of being an an activist. (nothing has changed) My ideas then were the same and Health Reform was already on my radar as well as Dr. Knowles. A documentary on my life for my 80th birthday (10/23/29) is being taped and would like to include a clip of the article. Google us.
