From Summer to Fall?

How do you transition from a summer to a fall wardrobe?

Hiya... I love this question as I sometimes have a hard time deciding to let summer go. What I usually do is just pair up any cute tees or tops from the summer with a sweater and a pair of jeans or a skirt with knee boots. I do watch out for colors though, such as neon green and turquoise and avoid wearing those things, but everything else is pretty versatile. Purple and yellow are still big for fall so is teal blue and red. I would focus on those colors grab a few cardigans from last winter or on sale somewhere and just pair em with what I have in the closet till the real frost begins. Hope this helps.

I've bought a long cardigan from Zara and I wear it over the summer tops i can't put away just quite yet. I usually switch from flip flops and sandals to boots and try and stick to this season's colours and ignore prints. Because I'm unemployed at the moment, I (like many others) have to adapt stuff from previous seasons so i won't be making any fashion statements other than trying to keep things classic.
