Sumi-e tutorial

I was in the art store the other day and I got this cheap sumi-e (Chinese calligraphy) box set. The main reason I got it was because it was on sale and was in a cool red box! It's a little smaller, but looks somewhat like this http://www.hollanders.com/kits/images/sumi_e_kit.jpg

Coming home and being eager to give in a shot I realize I have no idea where to begin, I don't know how to use the ink stone and what are all the different peices meant for.

I'm trying to find an online tutorial, but so far, I found nothing.

Can anyone please explain it to me or find me a good online tutorial?
