Suggestions for breakfast

Any good suggestions for breakfast? I'm stuffed with cereals of any kind and looking for a replacement. Nonetheless, it should be as easy to prepare as cereals.

I'll search, while you Cool wait.

In that case, I suggest you try microwave breakfast entrees, there is a hugh selection in supermarkets now.  Average time for heating is 2 minutes.

Muesli would work for me, I would also go for a fruit shake.

i love food... really any food

I would try Quaker Oatmeal.  There are my flavors (Cinnamon and Spice, and Rasins and Spice are 2 of my favorites)... but there are many.  All you need is to add a little boiling water.  It's quick and very good, also healthy.  Give it a try.  Enjoy.

How about a yogurt and fruit (already cut) parfait?  You could spinkle flax seed, wheat germ or granola in it too.  Or maybe a toasted english muffin or bagel with peanut butter for protein.  You can even add some banana on top!
