i live in florida the "right to work state" i would like to know can co-workers be sued for others losing their job. i am unable to work another shift, i work 3rd and when 1st shift calls out, we are told we have to cover 1st shifts call outs and have to cover not only our shift but theirs too. if i cant work i would get written up and after 3 times you are fired. I work my shift and NEVER call out, but i would lose my job for not being able to work someone elses shift. can anyone please help.
Looks like you might have a case. As we know Florida being a right to work state, America is a right to sue country. The best thing you can do is call a lawyer and get a free consultation. Hope this helps.
