Sudden uncontrolled urination in a 5 year old

I have a five year old that has never once urinated in his clothes, but on Wednesday and Thursday he has urinated on himself twice on Wednesday and once today. Please help I am soooo concerned. He did wake on Wednesday complaining of stomach pain for a short time. He is still active and eating well with no fever and not complaining today of any pain. Also i did ask my son did he feel the urge to urinate and if he knew the feeling and he answered yes. I believe him because usually if he is holding his urine too long he will do a little dance and two times that he was around me when the problem happened not once was he doing the little dance. My son said "Mommy I can't help it."This is why I am concerned. I did call his nurse Thursday morning now I'm waiting on the call back.I also would like to mention that my son did have ingueinal hernia surger several months ago but recovery went great

I would absolutely take your son to the doctor right away.  He could have a urinary infection or something else.  Whenever something is unusual with your child, you should always take the greatest precautions... because you never know what it could be and it always wins to be safe.  Make sure you get him to a doctor today so that he can be checked out.  Good luck.
