Subcription Question

I recently subscribed to your Hot Rod magazine through a special that was $20 for two years.  At that time you were giving away a free shop clock to subscribers for signing up.  I received the clock but it was shattered when it arrived.  I was going to use that clock for my garage.  So, I was wondering, would it be possible to send out a replacement?  Please respond to email address; schaefer_5@q.com.   Thank you.  Signed,  Eric Schaefer
