Styrketrening og kosttilskudd / overskudd

Fin blogg du har! Jeg har tidligere trent mye og v?rt veldig forn?yd med formen min. Men jeg ble utbrent da det ble for mye trening i komb med jobb, barn osv. N? sliter jeg med ? komme ordentlig i gang; men i all hovedsak f?ler jeg meg "svakelig" om jeg skal beskrive det p? den m?ten. Lite krefter, fort sliten. Klarer ikke trene hardt slik jeg gjorde f?r. Jeg f?r nok hvile; men kostholdet kunne nok v?rt bedre. Mye br?d og lite gr?nnsaker. Kan det v?re den eneste grunnen..? Hvilke kosttilskudd anbefaler du? Vil gjerne bygge litt muskler igjen, men m? jo f?rst komme skikkelig i gang. Trener mye kondisjon men m? prioritere mere styrketrening fremover; hvis jeg bare kan f? litt mer overskudd!
